Creating a Buttonset

I wanted to begin construction of a buttonset...however, I'd like to find out what actually constitutes a buttonset...that is, what buttons make up the standard SMF 1.0.X series and 1.1 RC2+ series for buttons and where they are located in most themes.

I've googled and searched quite a bit and can't find this information...could someone point me in the right direction?


EDIT:
I just realized that this sounds silly...many of you will probably tell me to look inside the images/ folder.  However, I was thinking more that this would be documented...sure you can look inside a images/ folder...but if you're using an older theme adapted for RC3...you may not have all the buttons included and might have some extras as well   I was looking to see if there was an official list per se.

Check ./Themes/babylon/images/english/ for the location of the buttons.
