Changed URL now its all messed up

Hi,

i was having a play around with some settings and stupidly changed the URL wich i didn't have  ... but i did back up before i did it.

i do try and change the url again, but its not working
So how do i upload the new back up?

could someone say it in the easyest way, i have no idea what i was acctuly doing. :S
