"Unapprove" of member deletion is option is missing, plz help its urgent

Hello there,

one of my senior member accidentally deleted his account Now I want to resume it but its only awaiting for the approval of deletion. there is no any option available in admin panel to unapproved his account delete option.

Please help me out to resolve this issue.
