Div and Anchors

I have a div, which has an overflow set to auto.
I can get the anchor tag to work in IE, but not Opera or Firefox.
Is there any way i can get it to work?

The second block down on the right contains links to the ships, which ever you click should appear at the top of the page.
Works fine for IE.
