Navigation bar "manager" in ACP

I would love to have options in the ACP to customize the navigation bar, so it would be quick and easy to add my own links, and re-order existing links as I see fit.

I AGREE!!

Or a little button that goes to a page where the mod's bars are stored, so they dont mess up the default ones :D
