Suggestion for Skin Themes/Styles.

Maybe when installing themes it should have an option to ignore what the skin version is so say RC2 skins can work on RC3 skins

Or even better. A script to when a template is update(coding wise) the theme can get updated by its self automatically .

I think I've seen one of Bloc's theme do something similar to this. The updater was already suggested but would cause instability as some themes are more customized which means important code may have been removed.
