Spoiler Tag Install Problem -Need Help

Ok I Have SMF 1.1.1, I am trying to install the spoiler tag and I keep getting an error when trying to apply mod. The error is

The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF.

Can anyone help me?

Make sure all of the files you have uploaded are for the same version.
