Menu - links - Bar help!! PLEASE!

I am using the default theme, and I would like to add buttons with links to the menu bar,

I currently have listed:

Home (currently goes to ez-block homepage http://warriors-of-honor.com/index.php [nofollow]), Forum, Help, Search, Admin, Profile, Messages, Calendar, Members, Donations, Articles, Links, Gallery, Logout

This is what I would like it to be:

Home (goes to actual website homepage http://www.warriors-of-honor.com [nofollow]), Main(goes to ez-block homepage http://warriors-of-honor.com/index.php [nofollow]), Forum, Store, Vent Status, Talent Calculator, Search, Admin, Profile, Messages, Calendar, Members, Donations, Articles, Links, Gallery, Logout.


The store will have a url that goes to a external e-commerce site; the Vent status and talent calculator have seperate urls from the page manger add on from ez-block.

I am just learning about html, and I know the php is different, so can you please be specific as to where I need to go, what to replace... please be gentle with me.

Have you taken a look at: How do you add custom tabs to the Core (default) theme menu?


This can all be done by editing ../Themes/default/index.template.php below the code comment

Can you provide a the template with a .php extension? Currently its in a document format which messes things up.

In your previous post you attached the file Index.template.php.doc which is not a php file and cannot be opened properly without causing errors.

Using a FTP client:
1) Go to ../Themes/{your_theme}/
2) Drop and Drag the file index.template.php to a location on your computer
3) Go back to this topic -> Reply -> Additional Options > Attach File: index.template.php
