Change Default language FOR ALL the users

hi all,

I'm trying to setup a SMF forum.

I just installed a second language, and it works correctly,
that is each user can set the new language.

I'd lika to have this language ad default for all the users:
I'm looking in the various admin panels, but I cannot find
where to set it.

Any indication?

but the solution was very near:
admin -> server settings :-(
