Add/remove members for his member group

Hi,

Easy to explain...
Would be nice if every member group could have one "chief". Little ex.:

We have the member groups "RPG" and "Requests", so we put 2 guys to admin this groups. And them they add/remove members without need the Admins.

I know SMF already has this but only for all members groups, why not for every groups?

As of 1.1 It is not apart of SMF..
I do not know about Other Major versions of SMF though.
