Recurring index.php download from post

Whenever I have tried to make my last three posts and last topic, I always got a download for index.php.

If I refresh the page or topic, my post will be there though. Just though I should report it

Edit: didn't do it just now, but ya get what I mean

Search is your friend .  We are looking into it but still haven't gotten to the bottom of it.
