We don't support YaBB SE here, only SMF - YaBB SE's successor. We can explain how to upgrade to SMF 1.1, the latest version of SMF, though.

Download this package and extract it to a folder on your computer. Upload all the files you just extracted to the folder where your forum is located via FTP (in your case that's the "forum" folder).

After that, go to http://www.bibleanswers.us/forum/upgrade.php to upgrade your forum. Upgrading may take some time.
