Problem with Registration! Help please!

Ok please go to my site and try to register. Because I tryed to register and test it (I have not touched any register related files, I think) and it gave me a:

Unable to load the 'Errors' template.

ok nvm I think its either the visual verification or i used to same e-mail adress that caused it.

Try reuploading Themes/default/Errors.template.php. It looks like it is currently missing.
