database?

Good day to all arabic people out there!!!
sorry but i am not arabic person so i hope guys you wll understand me..

This is my first time i will create a website that i will use database normally i create STatic page and now i will try to add SMF in my site..

Unfortunately my viewer is arabic people.

I would like to ask who is expert about this things...

I install SMF and arabic languange in my testing server in my local pc and it was good!!!
I try the arabic and it work fine...

But when i view my PhpMyadmin when i view the post that i type in arabic it was something like this(ÇÛ ÝÛÞÝ ÞË ÝÛÞÛÝ)...but i type this هغ ف ق ثذطص  تلعغف
sorry as what i said i cannot read ot type arabic so this is only for testing


i would like to ask you guys here if your database is when you type arabic the txt that you type in the forum is the same in database not like this?

yea it is the same cause the encoding that phpMyAdmin uses is utf-8 but the smf reads the data correctly so when adding through smf there is no problem cause it use the right encoding but the phpMyAdmin don't so any iformation is tried to be added through phpMyAdmin won't be good it has to have the right encoding

sir how can i make things the same in my database i want to read also in arabic!

you could convert the database to UTF-8

admin --> forum maintains --> convert to utf-8

ok now sir when i view in phpmyadmin it also arabic i install a fresh one again but my problem when i try to search the topic its not working the search i do not know why
