Shared template files.

Make the Display.template.php shared. By shared, I mean the same template for laying out the posts is used to lay out the private messages. Why? Say you have a custom field or something in the display template. Well it wont show in the pm messages unless you edit it's template file, too, which is just another template file to worry about keeping up to date.
