Controlled Content?

Hi there.  I heard that SMF restricts the content that can be posted on private forums hosted on private webhosts.  Is this true?  For example, I heard that if I permitted members to post nude photos on a community using SMF that SMF would pull my license and shut my community down.  I understand that webhosts sometimes have restrictions on content but I've never heard of a software vendor.  Does anyone know?  Thanks.
