Referral and Points Mod?

Hi, I'm looking for two mods for my board:

• Referall Mod - When someone goes to http://mysite/myforum/index.php?action=register&ref=001, there is a hidden input type on the register page which gets the ref data and when they click register, it sends me an email saying something like:
  <USERNAME> has been referred my <REF>.
  Is there something like this already out or does anybody know how to code this?
  
• Points Mod - Simple. A user gets e.g. 3 points for every post they create. Admins can edit a user's point count.

Can anybody help me? Please?
