How do I put my functioning forum in the middle of my site

What I would like to do is put my functioning forum in the middle of a site.  Where as the forum itself would come up as a normal linked page would but at the same time the borders with the site links will still remain visible and clickable at any point?

Well thanks but I am still lost.  All I have to use is frontpage.  Anayway to make it simple for me?

hire somebody to do it...

or, learn html

frontpage isnt going to cut it..
The only thing php can't do is tell you how much milk is left in the fridge.
