Very cool forum medals/punishment system

Hey,

I saw on a different board a medals system that also works a sort of warning/punishment system for a forum user. If you go here, and scroll down to the sixth post, you can see a user has a whole bunch of icons under his name. If you put your mouse over the icons, it shows the description as to why he got it. I am not sure if the admins issued the icons to the user, or if other users did.

Anyways, I found that system very neat, and I wanted to know if there is one available for SMF. I'd like it to be admin/moderator-issued medals/icons, and have the description show up with mouseover, just like the system in the example. Is something like that for SMF?
