points & reputation

hi friends is it possible to give reputation.... to the members depending on their activities in smf.... 
And also i need to restrict the downloads of attachments....
how means
only those who r having points can download it...
the points will be given in the following aspects..
posting a topic.... 2 points...
replying to a topic..... 3 points..
to download a attachment every one should have.... 5 points....

If you take a look in the modsection or in the Downloads/Modifications you will find several mods made.
I cant say that there is ONE mod that cover your needs, but i know there is reputation mod and shop mod. Perhaps a mix of those two will get you close to what you want or ideas of building them together to one mod to suit your needs.
