I have installed additional language packs which are available via the drop down selection box. However the languages have dual entries in the list e.g.

Dutch
Dutch.php
German
German.php

How to correct this?

What language files have you uploaded?

Please make sure they all have the format "index.language.php" and none are "index.language.php.php".

Langauges installed in addition to the default english are:

Dutch
Finnish
German
Italian
Portugese
Spanish

These are all RC1 release on an RC1 forum installation.

All have index.langauge.php and there are no php.php entries.

So, the only files in that directory that start with "index" are:

index.dutch.php
index.finnish.php
index.german.php
index.italian.php
index.portugese.php
index.spanish.php

And none other?  Thing is, we have multiple languages installed here and have never had such a problem...

That is correct plus the default 'index.english.php' file.

All are located in ../themes/default/languages folder only.

May I have a link and test account to see this?  It might help me understand what could be wrong.

Okay, I'm going to have to ask for FTP access to the languages directory... that didn't give me anything surprising.
