Mod Site Weird. [help but doesnt fit elsewhere]

I submitted a mod about 2 weeks ago and it hasn't been approved yet. But Metal_GunBlade's mod was submitted on the 1st and it got approved already.

I understand the fact that they may not have the time to review my mod in those 3 steps but it has been 2 weeks. I haven't received a PM like it says I would if it gets approved or not.
