Changing the New post icon for each board

I would like to replace the new board post icon with my own custom ones. I am wondering if anyone knows of any docs on the size requirements or any tips?

Basicly, you could just replace the image /Themes/yourtheme/images/on.gif with an image of your choice. Check the file BoardIndex.template.php to see of you need to adjust the size, I'm not sure about that.

There is also some code you can change to make it custom for each section. Can't remember what it is or where it is on here though.
