How do I upload data in tabular format from excel sheet into the SMF forums?

I need to upload an excel sheet data (70 rows and colums) into the SMF forum but I am not able to paste it. How do I exactly reflect the data as in excel file into the SMF forums?

Have excel export it as HTML.

Assuming you are an administrator, you can paste the result between [html][/html] to have it take the raw HTML.
