Help!--IE tables issue

I believe I've asked this same question before, but I can't find the original thread.  The last time I was having this problem, it somehow fixed itself without me doing anything and now it's broken again.

If you go to www.berninaokc.com and then go to www.berninaokc.com/forums in both IE and Firefox, you'll notice that FF displays the boardindex how I want it.  IE does not, it's broken in IE for some unknown reason.  I've ran a browser compatibility check on the source code of that page in Dreamweaver and it didn't help identify the problem any.  I added borders on the table to help me to identify the problem, and it looks like IE doesn't even recognize my <td> tag!

I've tried not using tables, I've tried using them, I've tried just about everything I can think of short of using frames.  And I really........really........hate frames.
