Replicating login form

well guys,

thanks for the great SMF forum!

I tested the forum in my local machine, and it works great!

I'm trying to integrate it with my website scrits to make SMF the unique login7registration interface.

I saw the SSI.php file and the method ssi_login().

It works fine, but on login failure the form goes to action&login2

I'm trying to make a script that handles the login to replicate SMF login login2() function, in order to build a login form that can be placed outside the SMF template.

Any suggestion?
