Members having password problems

Some members at my site have recently been having trouble logging in, they are getting a wrong password error. I have tried changing there password for them and they still encounter the same problem.

However, I can log into their accounts no problem from my own PC, (BTW, I know all these guys, so I have permission to log into their accounts)

Another point to make is, when I'm at college using another computer I have the same problem, I get a password error, and I know my password is correct.

Please help.

the problem may arise from loading up the forum in an iframe.  SMF does not work very well (sometimes, it doesn't work at all) loaded within an iframe, unfortunately.

ah! That seems to be the problem right enough, I've just had to set up a direct link to the forum for the users having bother.
