Sorting Topics

Normally by default, when i go into a category and see a list of all of the topics, it will display them in order by last post however somebody can click on subject and then display the topics in alphabetical order. 

Is there a way to make some categories or boards be displayed in alabetical order yet leave some of the other boards displaying the topics by last post?

i tried installing that from the package manager and i get

4. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/ManageBoards.template.php Success

6. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php Success
7. Execute Code modification_db.php


and then i click proceed and it just loops right back to the same screen wanting me to click proceed again.  is there a manual way to install this mod?
