Help: Can't open file: 'fms_sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)

When I visit my domain I get this error:

Can't open file: 'fms_sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)

I dont have a clue about what to do? Any help?

try running a repair from your cpanel mysql section...

Try going into your phpmyadmin
And select all tables in your database...

And choose repair..

That will repair your tables

Usualy happens after a server powerdown whilst mysql is accessing the tables..

This marks your tables as crashed, and in inaccesible till they are repaired.
