How to add Custom Postbits?

I noticed silverlines signature and I wondered how I could do this.

The topic pointed inside the sig would need some changes which is why I'm asking here. (Very weak with coding)

Also, I have a few mods installed which the codes in side that code wouldn't go with. Would anyone be able to help by pointing out what to do? or if your interested I would discuss possible payment (to avoid myself messing things up)

Can you please be a little clearer on your request. I am sorry someone has not gotten to you sooner. I am a bit unclear on what you would like, or have you gotten this solved now.
