Sessions error in Coppermine

After changing SMF to "Use database driven sessions" we are getting the following error in our bridged Coppermine Gallery:

Warning: session_start(): open(/tmp/php/sessions/6/b/a/sess_6bac9b85374ef2cb9c77ccd4250bee0b, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in /www/g/gashole/htdocs/smf/gallery/bridge/smf.inc.php on line 148

line 48 currently reads:

        session_start();

Can anyone help us?

Thanx...

This may or may not help, but double check that your tmp folder has write permissions? chmod 777 I think it is on your OS.

This is a problem Powweb customers have all been having recently.  Try downloading the "repair_settings.php" file from the downloads page, and with it, turning on database driven sessions.

I have resolved data based sessions with all my SMF forums. The problem I am having is with a bridged Coppermine install which generates the /temp session errors. I am looking for a resolution with the temp sessions in Coppermine...

Oh, I see.  I thought you meant with integration...

I keep telling them they should use my updated smf_api.php.....

Jack is changing the bridge file to use your api.  It'll be in the next version of Coppermine.  I haven't used it yet, but from the tone of Jack's posts, it's much better than the current bridge we use.
