Group Moderators

I have just installed the above Mod but cannot see where to access it. I may be missing something but it installed correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

Just so people are aware, I have admin status and have tried pointing my browser to http://......../smf/index.php?action=groups but all i get is a page with just the site header.

Go edit a group, and add names to the new box the mod adds.

I have already been through this but cannot see where to add Moderators for a specific group. When i go to edit a usergroup, I dont get any extra fields in which to add them.
