Notify ON by default ? How can I do this ?

I wish to keep the New Reply notification ON for all posters by default .
How can I do this ?

It is very important for my forums.

So please Let me know

go into Admin> Themes and Layouts> Reset Options

choose your current theme and click Reset all members' current options for this theme

scroll down and find Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic.

select change in the drop down and check the box.
