hi friends i need a mod
by following rules... for downloading attachments

Points Rules: Decrease Points

Download Attachments with \\\"Download\\\"

file < 500kB 0 points are taking from user account
file > 750kB -1 point is taking from user account
file > 1.5MB -2 points
file > 2.25MB -3 points
file > 3MB -4 points
file > 3.75MB -5 points
file > 4.5MB -6 points
...

User without points can download files less than 500kB
You have 2 hours to redownload file without loosing new points.

Download Attachments with \\\"Free Mirror\\\" Link

all filesizes free!

New uploaded files are mirroring after 2 weeks

User without any points can download all files
Max download from account: 0,5GB per month
User can use Free Mirror after >5 posts and after >14 days since register
Points Rules: Increase Points

Posting Messages
(only after 7 days since register)
new topic:  2 points
post reply:  3 points
if you \\\"helped\\\" someone  7 points

Points for Uploaders
4 points for one attachment

attachment must be very popular with long description, just for one download, user who uploaded file can receive:
file > 500kB  1
