Id duplicate

Hi

im trying to convert a phpbb forum with 318246 post to smf. Each time i try to convert the forum the proccess end with a message like that

Converting posts (this may take some time)... Unsuccessful!

Caused the error:

    Duplicate entry '1624432' for key 1

Then i ask: What can i do manually to correct this? Removing this id of post table?

SMF: 1.1.3
Phpbb: last version
Convert: actually downloable

Duplicate entries are normally created by exactly just that a "duplicate" entry or in some cases where there is no auto_increment set.

Check for those in the table entries you are creating.

But how? Erasing all files with id replicated? Perhaps database have hundreds of id post duplicated....Is erase each id duplicate the only way that i have to solve this ?

I forgot another question. The collate of my phpbb forum was Latin_[country]. But the convert tool use UTF. I see that some characters are with strange simbols.

Is this normal? Can i modify convert tool to it use Latin collate?

Hi again

After a another try, with PHPBB forums closed, the convert tool worked well.

The new installation is here -> http://www.futbolplus.com/smf

But now,  i can't do login in forum    the forum says "An error has ocurred". Before that i execute convert tool i bloqued all phpbb forums. Its this a possible error? Im finding some configuration in SMF Database but i can't find anything.

Somebody can help me? (Somebody to love as Freddy's song )
