How do I take the Seconds off of the "New Posts" time

So from

11:11:11 PM

To

11:11 PM

Go to the Admin Control Panel
Under 'Configuration' click 'Features & Options'
Scroll down until you come to 'Default time format' - simply remove %S from the line.

Please note that this removes the seconds from every time stamp on your forum.
