Webinstaller does not work

Hi,

I'm trying to update my SMF to 1.1.3 via webinstall.php

The automatically detected install path is wrong. After entering the right one, and changing the port to 3306, webinstall.php says:

Code Select Expand


Unable to connect to FTP server with this combination of details.

4.1.19-standardB%-v-|KBG|,¢\9H=8?tL^tMc


Does anybody have a clue? Thanx.

It doesnt always work with some hosts. Did you use the webinstall in the first place?

I'd just recommend using the normal patching method.

Upgrade via this link doesn't work.

I've done it manually yesterday, so everything is fine now.
