Moderator can give unlimited Karma like Admins

Is there a way for Moderators to give unlimited Karma like Admins can ?

To do so you need to allow moderators to edit users profiles.

Really? You have given the moderators the permission "Moderate forum members"? If you go to the moderator's profile and select the "Show Permissions" link in the menu, do you see "moderate_forum" listed there?
