Webinstall = Fail everytime.

I am trying to use webinstall, to install my forums. But I come up with this error everytime:

That means your host does not suppot webinstall. Run a full install. Installing smf

Well, I run about 4 different forums on my hosting, and I have used webinstall everytime..

Eh, is there a manual on how to install forums manually? lol
