Limiting attachment space per user?

I know how to limit the space for attachments that is available for everyone but how can I limit the space available to each user? For example 1 MB for each, in stead of 200 MB for all...?

i'm not sure theres a way to do this.  Have you searched the customize site?  Otherwise, you might drop a request in Mod Requests and see if anyone is willing to code it for you.
