First post on topic shows on every page of topic

Is this possible?? Let me explain, we have some quizzes and games where the initial clues are on the 1st post by the topic starter.  Now when this gets to the 2nd, 3rd, 4th page, etc. I would like to have this 1st post shown at the top of every page, so no-one has to keep going back and forth!
