HTTP 500 Internal server error

i am getting this error HTTP 500 Internal server error on Features and Options under admin cpanal in my forum

can any one plzz help me thank you

i was able to acess that before i installed the mod called Automactic Email something like that

i even uploaded the backup but no luck

Try clearing all your cache and cookies, then try to log back in.

Not at your current computer and/or ISP.

Goto another location, and use a computer there and see if you still get the same error.  I'm thinking it's more a proxy/cache issue at the current computer you are on.

Can you verify that all the changes made by that email mod was reverted? Open up the XML file and confirm that none of the code are still there. Since this was the last change you made, it could very well be from it.

You should get a login page when you visit the link you posted....which I don't get (blank page instead).

That automatic email mod you installed, does it have a XML file in it? If so, use the SMF Package Parser and it will display the directions on what files to edit. Just do it in reverse order instead since you are uninstalling. Make sure none of the code are found. If found, replace it back with the original.
