Go into FTP and make sure that the Themes/classic/style.css file is writable?

Or try via your Control Panel?

I mean, it is telling you what is wrong...

Yes i have FTP I upload my FORUM ON THE SERVER AFTER INSTAL FORUMS AFTER THAT I AM TRYING TO MODIFY D THEME BUT IT SHOW THIS ERROR

Have you read that document akabugeyes gave you?
In most ftp clients you have to right click on the files and then choose "chmod" or "permissions" or something like that.
