adding chat step by step

could someone help me on how to add live chat room to my forum? i would appreciate this alot! i have read threw alot of info. i sitll don't think i can do it. is there someone that can help a person with some difficulties? thank you

its pretty easy... but first what chat you want? there are two currently, one sucks alot and one is super good but cost 5 bucks... the one that cost 5 bucks is super easy and the one thats free... i failed to install... but i can take you thru step by step...
