Can someone please give me a web site that uses "shoutbox" so that I can see it in action.

Is it easy to install ? Don't want to get half way through and wreck my forum for ever (what I usually manage to do!)

Which one? There are several shoutbox mods for SMF.

Recommend me an easy option; what we require is a small window above (or below) our main forum and on every page so that we can chat whilst viewing the forum together. It is only a small membership, with only about 4 people on at a time. Club membership is about 50, but only about 25 have computers. Plus a few guests.

OK, it was easy to download ultimate shoutbox, but then....

When I followed the instructions given to put the code in the template...
where it told me to put the code did not exist ??
