Table 'smf_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

Sense.FM

Does this mean that MySQL has taken a toll on me?  I've done "nothing" to my SMF Board and this error came up today out of the blue.

That table stores the session variables that keep your users connected to you forum. If it's corrupted you cannot use it anyway, so you can delete all the data stored there. Run this SQL sentence in your database:

TRUNCATE smf_sessions;

That will delete all data in that table.

Go into your phpMyAdmin and select your _sessions table.  Then operations and click the Repair table link (bottom-left) and repair the table.  That should help.

But if it's happening often, I'd have a word to you host.
