SMF 1.1.4,1.1.5 Admin Settings Framework

Hello all,

I am wondering if anybody thinks that it is worth making a mod for SMF 1.1.4 and 1.1.5 that supplies a framework for the permissions and lists that are useful in SMF 2 Beta.

I am currently making two mods and I have worked out how to do this, I am thinking that it would make sense not to make the same changes in both Mods.

I have noticed that there are many Mods which people can't be bothered making for SMF 1.1.4 and SMF 1.1.5 because of the lack of these settings.

It would be only a port back of these settings from the SMF 2 Beta.
