1.1.3 should be 1.1.4

Unless I am mistaken, on the SMF Downloads Page, where it says "Using SMF 1.1.3? This small package will get you up to speed." and "Using modifications, or not using SMF 1.1.3? No problem, this is what you need." shouldn't it say 1.1.4 not 1.1.3?

I let the developers know, hopefully they will be able to update it soon. They are busy so it might take some time and it isn't to big of an issue
