Unable to post due to error with index.php

Hey there, first time posting!

A problem just occured with my forum, I was afk at the time, and the only other person with access if offline, so I don't know how it happened.

Basically when I, or any other member attempt to post a new thread or within a thread, we receive the following message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any help would be much appreciated, and if it helps, the forum is running 1.1.5 at www.redgiesrp.co.uk [nofollow]

Never mind, it fixed itself!
