[2.0 Beta 3.1] Manage and assign membergroups permission

Posted this in 2.x support forum and looks like it's new to people.
'Manage and assign membergroups' permission seems broken.
Admin can give that permission to others but the 'Membergroups' menu doesn't appear for anyone with that permission.
Going into user's account settings doesn't show anything regarding membergroup either; whereas admin can change user's membergroup from there.
Didn't find anything in the logs.
Got an error in IE7 only; see attached image.

Hello do you get this in SMF2.0 beta4? There may have been a codefix.

I don't think I have access to beta 4.

Yeah, I don't see it in the downloads page. I think it's only available to charter members.

This was fixed in 2.0 beta 4 (currently only available to charter members)
